Hello! I'm back at it again with a new outfit of the day. I helped my mom clean out her closet and stumbled upon this gorgeous blouse! I asked/begged her if I could have it and she kindly gave it to me, so I now officially have adopted my first purple clothing item ever. Read below to see how exactly I chose to style it!

Okay, so, first things first: the blouse. It's a bit long when your wear it as it is, so I took the easy way out: tie it in the front. No need for scissors and it looks cuter anyway. The V-line neck works perfect when pairing this piece with a necklace and it brings out your collarbones nicely. The print reminds me of the '80's, with its funky flowers and vibrant colours. I like how the blouse is slightly see-through, so I can show off a pretty bralette if I'm in the mood for it.

The sleeves stop right above the elbow and can be tied together with a teeny tiny button, but I usually don't bother. The skirt is another find at Think Twice. I bought it some years ago, when trying to find a blue denim skirt. Instead, I found a black version and didn't hesitate since it fit me perfectly back then. The pockets of the skirt also add a nice touch, too bad they're not real pockets! Nowadays, the skirt is a bit loose around my waist so I just keep it in place with a black belt, given to my by a friend who didn't want it anymore. I like to keep the accescoires with this outfit pretty simple, since I'm not a big fan of outfits where you don't know where to look first. So, the belt is just a standard one, with a very simple design: a silver ring in the front and otherwise completely black.

To top the outfit off: shoes!. These are maybe the best pair I have, because they're very comfortable and go with pretty much anything I own. The platform soles make them great for someone like me, who likes the look of heels but can't walk in them. Oh and please, don't mind the chipped nailpolish, I'm obviously not a great rolemodel when it comes to flawless make-up and such. I mainly focus on the clothing :)

How much for everything?

Blouse: 0 euros

Belt: 0 euros

Skirt: 10 euros

Platform heels: 20 euros

Total spent: again, a few free things which brings the total of this outfit at 30 euros
